Applications were paper- and branch-bound, KYC was manual, and every new loan product meant re-building workflow by hand. A from-scratch rebuild was quoted in quarters — time the team didn't have as digital-native lenders won the application.

The approach

We started from the Loan Origination Accelerator — already 40–60% complete — and configured the application journeys, document capture, and KYC hooks to the NBFC's products.
